Tidal School Vineyards
If your in Oklahoma and traveling between Oklahoma City and Tulsa and have some free time for a small excursion theres a wonderful wine vineyard a short drive off of Route 66 in Drumright Oklahoma. We had the pleasure of stopping there on our way back from our trip to The Christmas Train at Dry Gulch, USA. http://www.christmastrain.com/ As you pull into the small dirt parking lot, before you is a beautiful old red brick school, with a bell tower on the roof and lush green vineyards covering the field in back. It is a screen right off a postcard. Upon entering the foray, the first thing you will noticed is the gorgeous hardwood floors, then you walk up a couple of stairs and down a large hallway. Lovely art work and old fashion pictures line the walls creating and then and now feeling. Then you arrived to the tasting room, it has a very California winery feeling with an Oklahoma flavor. On the wall behind the tasting bar are a collection of clocks all having wine themes, but set to different times, each one representing winery's around the world. Your greeted by a very sweet and knowledgeable hostess, at any given time they have between 18 and 24 selections for your sampling pleasure, even the most harden wine enthusiast will find something pleasing to their pallet. Here are my favorites:
Dry Whites: Oklahoma Chardonnay
Dry Reds: Impressao
Semi-Sweet & Sweet: 1. Oklahoma Sunset 2. Tidal Estate White Cab Franc '06 Blush
The Reserve: Oklahoma Shiraz
Cordial: Cherry Chocolate Cordial
Desert Wine: Cherry Gusher
So for a tasting advanture, and a peace ful getaway this is the place to go! you can visit their website at http://www.tidalschool.com/
Until next time may your glasses always be full!!

To Refollow Or Not To Refollow?
To refollow or not to refollow that is the question? Do you refollow everyone that follows you?
For me when I get new followers I go to each one of theirs' Twitter page, read their bio, check out their sites, and read their recent tweets. if I find that I have something in common with them then I refollow them. Regardless of whether or not I refollow my followers I send a direct message to all thankingthem for following me. I'm in no way saying anything bad about those I do not refollow just that I do not see a connection with them. Most of my followers I do refollow. Mind you I do not have tons of followers I only have a few. So My question to the twitters that have hugh followings iswhat is your rule of thumb when it comes to refollowing your followers?

Murder or Self Defense
May 19th in My hometown of Oklahoma City, there was shooting at a pharmacy. Two teens tryed to rob the pharmacy. The pharmacist Jerome Ersland pulled a gun shooting the first teen in the head and chased the other out the door. Mr Ersland then returned and pulled another gun out from under the counter and shot the unconscious teen in the gut 5 more times. The debate is was he just defending himself or did he go to far and commit murder.
Under Oklahoma's "Make My Day Law" — passed in the late 1980s— people can use deadly force when they feel threatened by an intruder inside their homes. In 2006, Oklahoma's "Stand Your Ground Law" extended that to anywhere a citizen has the right to be, such as a car or their office.
So the question stands was he within his right? I said No it was murder theres no ifs ands or buts about it. Hey I am all for the 2nd Amendment, we all have the right to bare arms. I'll tell you what I will damn sure use deadly force if I'm in a situation that my life is in danger. However Mr Esrland was within rights at the start of the hold up once the teen was down and unarmed Mr Esrland was in no danger. The teenager was unconscious.
What he did is MURDER!!!

Socialistic Society
then that's what were headed for, how can the government run a bankrupted company when it can not manage this country's money.I mean think about it,this country is in debt by trillions what makes the government think it can run a company any better. If the company fails it fails the owner lives and learns, then start over.Conflict of interest anyone??? Free Enterprise not Government run enterprise.
